Professor John Stewart Deeble AO
Architect and Father of Medicare
Passed away peacefully on
the 5th October 2018, aged 87.
Beloved husband of Mary Beers Deeble.
Loved and loving father of
Karen, Geoffrey, Michael and David,
and step father to Sophie Beers.
Father-in-law of Ian, Susan,
Caroline and Letitia.
Much loved grandpa of Mitchell, Courtney,
Sophia, Valentina, Ainsley,
Callam and Maisie.
Adored great grandpa of Maija.
A respected academic who leaves
an enduring legacy to the nation.
Family and friends are invited to attend
the funeral service of John to be held at
St John's Church Reid on Friday
19th October 2018 commencing at 1pm.
A private burial will take place in
Woodend, Victoria.
