Kevin Moos

Kevin was born on March 8, 1971 to Michael (deceased) and Vicki (Uhland) Moos in Monticello, Minnesota. He left this world to be with his father and family in heaven on June 25, 2013. Kevin was loved by his family, step-father George Uhland, mother Vicki, brother Michael Moos of Westcliffe, sisters Christy (Alan) Gordon and Tawny McCall. Grand mothers Lucille Duke of Florence and Shirley Moos of Minnesota. His children, Mikiesha (Billy) Quill of Montana, Samantha Moos of Pueblo and Michael of Westcliffe. A grand-daughter Serenity Moos. Also, two friends who was always there for him, Chad Nelson and Caleb Moore. Numerous uncles and their families in Minnesota and family in Arizona. He had three nieces, MacKenzie Gordon, Grace Moos and Conner McCall. Kevin's greatest pastime were hunting and fishing which he loved doing with friends, siblings and Conner. He loved the mountains and being out with nature. Kevin had a very kind nature was easy going always willing to help someone in any way he could. He was a jokester and liked to get a reaction from his jokes, this always made him laugh. He had a big heart that craved being loved and gave love freely. This gives those who knew and loved him special memories for a life time. Kevin was preceded in death by his father, Michael, great-grandparents, Jack and Esther Awbrey, Samuel and Edith Peterson of Minnesota, two grandfathers, EM Duke of Florence and Charles Moos of Minnesota and cousin Ian and his uncle Ron. At his family and children's request an outdoor memorial service will be held Monday July 1, 2013 at 1 pm at the Pathfinder Park Pavilion. After the service a light lunch will be served and shared with those who come to celebrate Kevin's life. If you have a memory to share with his family it would be welcomed.
