Harry Vincent Kengle III, 77, retired Attorney, passed away peacefully at home Friday July 12, 2013 after a lengthy illness. He was preceded in death by his father, Harry Vincent Kengle II, his beloved mother, Alta Mae Simpson and his sister JoLee Symons. He is survived by his daughter, Keri Lynn Marshall, two sons, David and Benjamin Kengle, two granddaughters, Ashley and Jarami Plumlee and his youngest sister Lu Anne Simpson. He is also survived by his first wife Kathy Kengle and second wife Peggy Kengle, his step children, Torey Chumbly, Jill Ottoway, Todd Chumbly and Brent Chumbly as well as his nieces and nephews. HV graduated from Lamar High School and attended Junior College for a year before joining the Navy where he served for 4 years. After an honorable discharge he attended West Texas State University where he graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Economics. He then moved to California where he met his first wife Kathy, they married and together had three children. HV also graduated from University of Tulsa College of Law earning his Juris Doctor. He and his family then moved back to Colorado to practice law. After retiring he moved to California to be closer to his children. Service will be graveside, Lakeside Cemetery, Friday, August 16, 2013 at 10:00 am.
