Janet E. Lenkey
Age 65, of Malvern, died Monday, Dec. 10, 2012 in Aultman Hospital. She was born Nov. 16, 1947 in Martins Ferry to the late Harold and Marjorie (Hibinger) Mills. She graduated from Jewett High School in 1965 and received an associate degree of Social Work from Stark State. She had worked at Next Step Group Home in Canton.
She is survived by four daughters, Jane (Del) Smith of Hanoverton, Paula (Jon) Giannone of Malvern, Misty (David) Lenkey of Destin, Fla. and Lisa Rossow of Louisville; ex-husband, A. Paul Lenkey Jr. of Toledo; sister, Doris (Ron) Leggett of New Rumley; two brothers, Jerry (Theresa) Mills of Massillon and Tom (Althea) Mills of Cadiz; six grandchildren, Ray and Carolinn Mills, Allyson Giannone, Breeanna, Sierra and Dallas Smith.
Funeral services will be Friday at 10 a.m. in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva with Pastor Stan Grabill officiating. Burial will be in Bethlehem Cemetery. Calling hours will be Thursday 6-8 p.m. and one hour prior to services on Friday. Memorial contributions may be made to the Carroll County Humane Society.
