Patricia Lee (Cook) Asbell
age 68, passed away Feb. 20, 2014 after an extended illness. She was born in Fostoria, Ohio on May 5, 1945 and was a resident of Canton since 1987. Pat was co-owner of Budget Sewer and Drain with Ronnie for many years. They grew their business by word of mouth, an accomplishment she was very proud of. She enjoyed quilting, crocheting, and crafting of all kinds throughout the years, creating treasured gifts for all her loved ones.
Pat was preceded in death by her parents, Michael Sr. and Dorothy (Brunoni) Cook; brothers, Anthony Michael (Booger), and Michael (Mickey) Cook; and newborn son, Jason Joseph. She is survived by her loving husband of 35 years, Ronnie Asbell of the home; daughters, Kimberly (Elwood) Richardson of South Carolina, Kelly (Dennis) Clay of Navarre; son, Jim (Barb) Coffy of Hanoverton, Ohio; sisters, Mary (Herb) Boron of Waynesburg, Ohio, Marcia Jett of Waynesburg, Ohio, Carol (Jack) Mowrer of Malvern, Ohio; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and many loving nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Sunday, Feb. 23, 2014 from 2-4 p.m. at the Reed Funeral Home Canton Chapel with a funeral service held on Monday, Feb. 24, 2014 at 1 p.m. Interment will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery. Kim,& Kelly, I am so sorry for the loss of your Mother, and the loss of a great cousin.
