Arthur, Ralph  
Ralph J. 'Jim' Arthur 71, of Brewster, passed away Monday, March 23, 2015 at Mercy Medical Center following an extended illness. He was born in Massillon Dec. 12, 1943 and was a 1961 graduate of Fairless High School. He retired from the Timken Company as a machinist following 40 years of service. He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Margaret (Gardner) Arthur; children, David (Lynette) Arthur and Jackie (Bob) Phillips; grandchildren, Jenna and Brock; step-grandchildren, Michael, Amber, Kay, Jordan, Andrew, Mason, Abby and Noah; brothers, John (Candi) Arthur and Joe (Jean) Arthur; a sister, Linda (Scott) Pierce; and many nieces and nephews. Following his wishes cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on Thursday at 7 p.m. at the Spidell Funeral Home in Brewster with Pastor Elaine Tullis officiating. Friends may call Thursday from 5-7 p.m. prior to services. Bantz, Shirley A.  
Shirley A. Bantz age 85 of Massillon, passed away on Friday, March 27, 2015 at the Laurels of Massillon. She was born on June 27, 1929 in Massillon and was the daughter of the late Raymond and Winifred (Lepsch) Sampson. Shirley is survived by her daughters, Cindy A. (Robert) Wagner and Debbie (Fred Lindsay) Dingler; her grandchildren, Jennifer (Niklas) Gerborg, Jeremy (Angela) Wagner, Derek (Hope) Dingler and Lindsay (Ray) Sutkowski and four great-grandchildren, Jack, Lukas, Sophie and Mason. SR. Mary Patricia Barrett CSA (formerly Sr. M. Marguerite). A Sister of Charity of St. Augustine for 58 years. Beloved daughter of the late John and Margaret (Patton) Barrett; loving sister of Jack (Geraldine) and the late Dr. James and Margaret Barrett and dear aunt of many. Entered eternal rest Tuesday March 24, 2015. Funeral Mass Saturday March 28 at 11 a.m. in the Chapel at Mt. Bartlow, Arlene A.  
Arlene A. Bartlow 88, died March 17, 2015 at Judson Park Retirement Community of Cleveland. Sister of Betty Jean 'BJ' Wilkins of North Canton, Ohio. Preceded in death by parents, Oscar and Adda Gardner Bartlow and brother, Carl E. Bartlow. Aunt of James S. Wilkins (wife Jill Jensen) of Lexington, Ky. Arlene became a member of Girl Scouts in 1937, and continued her involvement in girl scouting throughout her lifetime. She was a graduate of Flora Stone Mather of Western Reserve University. Arlene was a chemist with Babcock and Wilcox Research and Development Center in Alliance. In 1954, Arlene went into Girls Scouts professionally holding positions in girl scout council in Baltimore, Md.. She went to the national headquarters in New York to serve as Director of USA Girl Scouts overseas. After her retirement, Arlene served as a World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts Volunteer Representative to The United Nations. Contributions in Arlene's memory may be made to Girl Scouts of North East Ohio, 1010 Applegrove Street NW, North Canton, OH 44720 or to World Foundation for Girl Guides and Girl Scouts, Inc., P.O. Beadnell, Elden John  
Elden John Beadnell Elden John Beadnell, 87, of Minerva, passed away, Tuesday, March 24th, 2015 in Alliance Community Hospital. Elden was born in Lisbon, Ohio on June 12, 1927, a son of the late Lawrence and Flora (Ridgeway) Beadnell. He worked at Summitville Tile and was a flagman for Pennsylvania Railroad. Elden is survived by his wife of 62 years, Elizabeth (Lowe) Beadnell; a daughter, Deanna (Jason) Common, of Minerva; a son, Larry Beadnell, of Minerva; three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and a sister, Helen Ankeny, of Minerva. He is preceded in death by brothers Lawrence, Jack and Bob, and sisters Wilma McClain and Trella Walters. Funeral services will be held in the Bartley Funeral Home at 1:00 p.m on Friday, March 27, 2015. Burial will be in Heritage Memorial Gardens. Beck, Deborah Lee  
Deborah Lee Beck (nee Jury) Debby, a 1969 Commercial Art graduate of Timken Vocational High School, passed away on March 21, 2015 with her family at her side. She is now with her Lord and Savior. Born in Canton on March 18, 1951, she is survived by her husband, Robert 'Bob' Beck; daughters, Lori (Ron) Catlin and Maggie Beck; granddaughters, Tasia Law and Bria Beck-Cross; grandsons, Tyler Law, Dylan Catlin and Caleb Catlin; five cousins and their families; and a host of friends. We'll cherish her creative art projects, her unique fashion sense, and her love of fairies. A private funeral service will be held for the family. On Thursday, March 26, 2015, a celebration of her life will be held at Greenwood Christian Church, 4425 Frazer Ave. NW Canton at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Tony Amerine officiating.

Belew, Gordon T.  
Gordon T. Belew Age 75, of East Canton, passed away in his home Wednesday, March 25, 2015 following an extended illness. He was born June 19, 1939 in East Canton to the late James Taylor and Viola Hattie (Werley) Belew. Gordon was a life resident of East Canton and retired from Sugardale Foods after 32 years of service. He was an Army veteran. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, Robert and Gene Belew. Gordon is survived by four children and their spouses, Deborah and Harold Jeff Gantz, Robert and Dreena Belew Sr., William and Karen Belew, James Belew; seven grandchildren, Robert Belew Jr., Anna Belew, Vanessa Gantz, Ben Belew, Austin Gantz, Logan Belew and Gage Belew; his former wife, Barbara Belew. A memorial service will be Saturday, March 28, 2015 at 2 p.m. in Your Church of the Lord, 1036 Evening Star Rd., East Canton, OH 44730 with Pastor Jeff Gantz officiating.
