Allen G. Carter, Jr.
45, of El Paso, Texas, passed away on Friday, Dec. 27, 2013 after a courageous battle with cancer. Born on Nov. 22, 1968 in Akron, Ohio, and was a 1988 graduate of McKinley Sr. High. A veteran of Desert Storm, he served in the U.S. Army as a Combat Medic. Allen attended Phoenix University where he received an undergraduate degree in Nursing and a Masters in Business Administration. He worked as a Professional Relations Associate for The Hospice of El Paso. He was a member of the Kiwanis International and served as a President-Elect. He enjoyed watching movies, spending time with family and meeting people.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Carter; two sons, Saif Almuhairbi and Allen G. Carter, III; his mother, Elaine Carter; father, Allen G Carter, Sr.; his sister, Melinda (Carter) Johnson; four brothers, Eric Carter, Harold Ben Carter, Quentin Carter, and Christopher Jake Carter and many nieces and nephews.
He was loved and will be truly missed.
