(Gilbert) Lemley
age 91, of Louisville, passed away Jan. 19, 2013 in St. Joseph Care Center. Dolores was born July 15, 1921 to the late William and Edith (Myers) Gilbert. She was a graduate of Louisville High School and worked for the J.A. Conley Company for 13 years. She was a past member of both the Massillon and Canton Garden Clubs, and volunteered for the Canton Meals on Wheels.
She is survived by two sisters, Miriam Reed of Canton and Jean Dwyer of Louisville and numerous nieces and nephews who loved her so much. A special thanks to nieces Linda Tennant, Gayle DeGasperis, and Christine Snode for seeing to her needs and comforts after the death of her husband, Myrhl in 2004. Also thanks to nephews, Mark Dwyer for support and David Hiple, your constant cards, phone calls and flowers meant everything. She is also preceded in death by four sisters, Pauline Newbery, Josephine Lippert, Jeanette Johnson, and Mary Helen Hiple; five brothers, Millard, Roy, Urban, Mahlon and infant brother, Robert.
Aunt 'Dedo' we will miss all your love, support and of course, your famous cookies, pies and brownies. Friends may call Wednesday, Jan. 22nd from 6-7 p.m. at the Paquelet- Falk Funeral Home in Louisville. A Liturgy of the Word Service will follow at 7 p.m. with Fr. Tom Bishop officiating. Private interment services will be held in Union Cemetery.
