Donald E. Curfman
age 89, passed away Dec. 26, 2013. Don was born in Huntington, Pa. and lived in the Canton area since 1971. He retired from sales in 1985 from Addressograph-Multigraph Co, with 35 to 40 years of service. Don was a World War II Army veteran and served with the 82nd Airborne Division and for 35 years umpired for men and women softball leagues in the Canton area.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Mary; daughter, Cynthia (Neil) Prezioso of Powell, Ohio; and a son, Douglas (Sharon) Curfman of Wadsworth, Ohio; and five grandchildren.
Memorial services 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 2, 2014 at Church of the Covenant, 3014 Fulton Dr. N.W., Canton, Ohio with Rev William Watt officiating followed by burial 1:15 p.m. at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman, Ohio. In lieu of other remembrances donations may be given to Honor Flight of Columbus, P.O. Box 12036, Columbus, Ohio 43212 in Don's memory.
