Lewis V. 'Inky' Masci
age 81, of Louisville, Ohio, passed away Saturday, Aug. 17, 2013. He was born in Canton, Ohio on Aug. 21, 1931 to the late Nick and Margaret (Marcelli) Masci. Lewis was retired from the Hoover Co. and was the former owner of the Cabaret Lounge. He was a member of the Louisville Eagles, the VFW post 3747, a Korean War army veteran and he loved fishing, gardening and he was an avid Ohio State Football Fan.
Lewis was also preceded in death by a sister, Mary Beadnell and a brother, Joe Mash. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Alice (Lindower) Masci; a daughter, Lisa Masci of Columbus; four sisters, Vicky Aiello of Pittsburgh, California, Net Forester of Robertsville, Ohio, Joanne Maksim of Canton and Eleanor (George) Maksim of Bolivar, Ohio; a brother, Leonard (Johnnie) Masci of Wintersville, Ohio.
Calling hours will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday evening at Stier-Israel Funeral Home in Louisville. A private family funeral service will be 11 a.m. Friday at the Funeral Home with Fr. Larry Frient officiating
