age 70 of North Canton passed away Saturday, Sept. 1, 2012 in Pittsburgh. He was born March 25, 1942 in Michigan to the late Ed and Helen Proksch. He served in the Army in Vietnam as a medic. After discharge he performed volunteer work for the Peace Corps and Big Brothers for a year. Paul was employed at the GM plant in Lordstown from 1972 to 1987. He was a member of the Jackson Township Veterans Society and the American Legion.
Paul is survived by his wife of 25 years, Kim (Ta) Proksch of the residence and a brother, Edward Proksch of Florida.
His funeral service will be from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. Saturday at the Paquelet Funeral Home in Massillon, Rev. Minh Dang will officiate. Friends may call from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. at the funeral home.
