Ralph E. Frase
Age 66, of Malvern, died Thurs. Dec. 26, 2013 at home surrounded by his family. He was born Sept. 11, 1947 in Gnadenhutten to Charles and Inez (Baker) Frase. He worked as an Auto Repair Bodyman for Yoder's Collision Depot for almost 20 of his 44 years in the business. He was well-known by his peers and friends as the best Bodyman in the business. He is a member of the Robertsville Christ Memorial Church and served as a church elder for many years. He devoted his life to serving Christ and never missed an opportunity to share God's word. There is no doubt he's rejoicing in Heaven.
He is survived by his wife, Kathy (McAfee) Frase whom he married June 27, 1971; son, Jeremy (Tracy) Frase of Westerville; two sisters, Janet Stout of Dover and Nancy (Clarence) Penick of New Philadelphia; two brothers, James Brown of Alliance and Howard Mack of Uhrichsville, two grandchildren, Jack and Jenna Frase. He is preceded in death by a sister, Pauline Stillion.
Funeral services will be Monday at 11:00 am in the Robertsville Christ Memorial Church with Rev. Jonathon Arnold, Sr. officiating. Burial will be in Robertsville Cemetery. Calling hours will be Sunday 3- 5 p.m. in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva and one hour prior to services at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to the church. The family would especially like to thank Dr. John Paulowski for his delicate attention toward Ralph's heart disease. Dr. Paulowski's kindness and generosity never went unnoticed by the family.
