Stanley Vozar

Stanley Vozar
age 84, of Louisville, died peacefully on Thursday, Jan. 17, 2013 in Mercy Medical Center. He was born in Canton to the late Edith (Cika) Vozar of Massillon. He attended school in Dellroy, Ohio and worked at and retired from The Ford Motor Company in Canton. He enjoyed hunting and fishing in Carroll County, especially at Atwood Lake. His passion was his family, the Democratic Party, Fords, and the "old country" singers and their songs. He was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Helen (Clarico) Vozar.
He is survived by one brother, Nick Dragan, of Cincinnati, and all six of his children and their families. They are Stan (Fran) of Berea, Joseph (Marcia) of Louisville, Steve (Deb) of Canton, Paula (Brad) Beck of Alliance, Judy Coykendal (Cuyahoga Falls), Joni (Tony) Shaheen of Louisville. Stanley was especially fond of his 14 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Our family would like to mention their love and gratitude to Joni and Tony Shaheen for the loving care they gave to Dad, in their home, for the past three years.
In keeping with the family's wishes, services will be private. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations be made to " The Building Fund of the Sisters of St. Benedictine Convent, 4530 Perrysville Ave. Pittsburgh, Pa. Arrangements are at the direction of the Paquelet-Falk Funeral Home of Louisville.
