'Together Again'
Virginia L. Cochran
age 90 of Brewster, formerly of Massillon, passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2013 at Brewster Parke Nursing Home. She was born on May 9, 1923 in Massillon and was the daughter of the late Thomas and Alena (Bookhart) Hornbrook. Virginia was a 1941 graduate of Washington High School. She was a member of First Baptist Church where she had volunteered in the nursery. She also had volunteered at the former Massillon Community Hospital.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Cochran; grandson, Jeff Mesaros; her brother, Howard Hornbrook; and her sister, Betty L. Holiday. She is survived by her sons, Jack (Diana) Cochran and Michael Cochran and Sue (Jim) Charleston. Also surviving are her grandchildren, Matt (Shelly) Cochran, Jenny Cochran, Amanda (Jason) Eberhardt, Ben Cochran and Sandy (Todd) Hardgrove; and six great-grandchildren.
Services will take place on Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Paquelet Funeral Home. Dr. Roger Alber will officiate. The family will receive friends on Saturday at the funeral home from 10-11 a.m.
