William M. 'Bill' McKinney
Age 41, of Louisville passed away Saturday, July 6, 2013 following a sudden illness. He was born Feb. 18, 1972 in Canton. Bill graduated from Lake High School in 1990. A carpenter by trade, he was currently employed in the local oil fields. A football fanatic, he really enjoyed his North Carolina Panthers. Bill took pride in all sports and was a master at cooking his famous wings. It was no problem for him to make you smile. If in need, he was there to help. He was a joy to all who knew him, and was a great dad to his daughters.
Bill was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Mary McKinney, his paternal grandparents, Earl and Elizabeth Florea; and an uncle, Danny Florea. He is survived by daughters, Nicole (Eric) Sherrill and Ashley Hoover all of North Carolina; parents, William R. and Mary E. McKinney of Louisville; brother, Jason McKinney of Uniontown; sister, Christine (J.P.) Mast of North Carolina; grandfather, Robert McKinney; grandchildren, Cameron Michael and Hunter Marshall Sherill; aunt, Christine (Fred) Triplett; uncles, Tim (Jane) Florea, Earl (Dee) Florea Jr., Dennis (Deana) Florea, and David (Rose Anne) Florea; niece and nephew, Anna and Nate Mast; numerous cousins and his special sidekick, Tonya.
