Lisa Montalvo Obituary

Lisa L. Montalvo
age 41, of North Canton passed away at home unexpectedly on Sunday, June 16, 2013. As her husband, best friend, soul mate, and whatever cliche I could write to share with you how important Lisa is to me, our daughters, Madison and Payton and to everyone else who had an opportunity to know and love her, please remember Lisa as an absolutely devoted mother, wife, and my absolute best friend. She was also a devoted daughter, sister, niece, aunt, cousin, friend, and co-worker. Lisa loved her work as a Physical Therapist Assistant, having graduated from Stark Technical College in North Canton, Ohio. When Lisa and I married, we promised to grow old together but God had a different plan and on Father's Day, she passed the torch to me to continue raising our daughters and carrying out our life long dreams and hopes. While my yesterdays with Lisa are mine to treasure, my today and tomorrows are forever changed. I am truly a better man having loved and known you. I hope I can make you proud as you look down on me and our family and ensuring God continues to bless our family. You are my angel who was taken from me much too soon, but I will forever love you and treasure the memories we have together. From Madison: My mother is my best friend. She listens to me when I have problems. Everything she did was for others and not herself. She is such as a Godly women and I admire her for that. She has a smile that can light up the whole room and her laugh is always so contagious. My mom is known for her kind and compassionate heart. Even through all the bad times, I know she loves me and I love her. I would trade anything to have her back. I love you so much Momma! From Payton: My mom is a special woman. She is a role model for everyone. She is a kind Christian woman and is the strongest woman I know. No matter what, if she doesn't feel well, she is always there for me. She is my personal hero. Whenever I need something, I know she is always here for me even through all my silly teenage drama and my endless complaints. I didn't make her job easy, in fact, I don't know how she deals with me. But I thank her for standing by me and all my craziness. She deserved to get well and live a full and pain free life, but God had a different plan and at least I know she is not suffering. I don't know what I am going too do without her because I love her SO much! I know she is with God in paradise. From Mom: I loved you the minute I knew God blessed me with you and when you were born, my life has been so much better because of you. Lisa you are my daughter, my best friend and my complete inspiration. I will never try to take your place but now that you are with God in heaven, I only can hope to fill the void created by your physical absence in the girls' lives. You have been the best daughter any mother could ever dream or ask for. I will forever treasure your love, and your support through all the difficulties in my life. You are the glue that has held me together. It is difficult to imagine how I will wake up each day without you here with me by my side. I can not help to think of the things the girls will not share with you physically, but we know you are present in our hearts and we know the girls know you are with us and are loving us. You have touched so many lives whether it is church, work, family, friends, and strangers. I will miss your smile, but most of all I will miss your laugh that could brighten any cloudy day. I know that God's plan will someday bring me home with you and I look forward to that day when we can once again hug and kiss each other in heaven. I never said this to you enough, but I am so very proud of you and want you to know I think you are a fantastic and wonderful mother. I love you and I will miss you terribly. We are all looking forward to getting to heaven and experience the all you can eat buffet where there is no calories and no guilt and where we will be skinny forever.
Lisa is survived by her husband, Francisco Montalvo of 17 years; daughters, Madison P. Montalvo and Payton B. Montalvo; her mother, Glenda L. Vierheller, all of North Canton, Ohio; her twin brother, Timothy L. Vierheller of Copley, Ohio; and her father, Robert L. Vierheller of North Carolina; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Lisa is preceded in death by her grandparents, Robert A. and Marilyn L. Stockdale and Robert and Elma Vierheller.

So sorry to hear of Lisa's passing. She was a beautiful lady.
I had her as a student in 2nd grade. I also was able to watch her grow up in church. She was very sweet and lovable and remained that way throughout the years.
I value her family's friendship. She will be greatly missed, but we know she is in God's arms and will have no more pain.
