'Together Again'

Charles P. Ross
Age 71, of Canton, passed away surrounded by his loved ones on Thursday, June 13, 2013 after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born in New Milton, W.Va. on August 2, 1941 to the late Howard and Octavia Ross. He was employed by the Salvation Army for 22 years. Chuck enjoyed playing horse shoes, playing with his grandchildren, and he was an avid Indians an Browns fan. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife of nineteen years, Sue L. Ross in 1985; longtime companion, Nancy Patterson; daughter, Gerri Ross in 1969, and numerous brothers and sisters.
Chuck is survived by his daughters, Terri (Steve) Huntsman, Sarah (Samuel) Young, Rhonda Ross, and Tammy (Mike) Bailey; son, Charles (Glenda) Ross, II; grandchildren, Vetta, Bo, Chelsey, Anthony, Destiny, Bobby, and Kyleah; great-grandchildren, Deuce, Mera, and Ayden Charles; numerous brothers and sisters, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at 11 a.m. at The Salvation Army, Canton Citadel Corps (420 Market Avenue South Canton 44702) with Major Marcus Jugenheimer officiating. Friends may call on Tuesday, June 18, 2013 from 6-8 p.m. at The Salvation Army, Canton Citadel Corps. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family to help defray funeral expenses.
