Joseph F. 'Szepi' Habermann
70, of Strongsville, died Feb. 18, 2013 surrounded by family. Joe was the beloved husband of Michelle 'Shelley' Sibila Habermann and father of Michelle 'Liz' (deceased) and Joseph R. 'Joey' (Brittany, fiance; Taylor, daughter of fiance) Habermann. He was the son of Joseph, Sr. (deceased) and Margit Habermann; the son-in-law of Ronald R. and Jane E. Sibila; brother of Robert A. (Lori) Habermann and Maria (Robert) Wohner of Englewood, N.J.; grandfather of Gemma; brother-in-law to Michael (Laura) Sibila and Douglas (Carrie) Sibila of Canton, Ohio, Linda (David) Miller of East Sparta, Ohio, Joni (Todd) Locke of Massillon, Ohio; uncle of Robi (Annie), Michael, and John (Brandy, wife; Ava, Chase, Karchi, children) Wohner, D.J. Sibila, John, Shaun, Nick, Noah, Sarah and Vivian Miller, Tara and Todd Locke, Helen and Kate Sibila; cousin to Elizabeth (Jim, husband; Jimmy and Michael, children) Silk of Thoms River, N.J., Gabor (Linda,.wife; John and Tom, children) Habermann of Flushing, N.Y., and John (Nancy, wife; Jack and Anna, children) of Cleveland, Ohio; and beloved friend to many. He was born in Budafok, Hungary and immigrated here with his family, becoming a citizen on Jan. 18, 1991. He was owner of Crown Warehousing and Logistics, Inc., formerly Campus Movers, Inc. of Cleveland, OH. Joe loved to ride his BMW motorcycle cross country, golf, ride his horses on his farm, ski, and play tennis.
Funeral arrangements are with Jardine Funeral Home in Strongsville, with visitation on Wednesday 3-8 p.m. and the funeral Mass held at St. Joseph Church in Strongsville, Ohio on Thursday at 10 a.m., with interment at Strongsville Cemetery.
