Richard Paul Alexander Obituary
age 58, of Peoria, Ariz. passed
away Sept. 30, 2017. He was born
in Canton, Ohio, July 28, 1959, to
the late Albert and Ruth Alexander.
He is preceded in death by twin
brothers, Timothy and Thomas;
grandparents, Thomas and Jennie
Alexander; uncle Richard; and
aunt Nancy Alexander.
Richie was a handsome, sweet,
kind and gentle soul who loved animals
and music - mostly Rock n' Roll. He was a huge Beatles fan,
liked to go antiquing, loved sports, especially the Cleveland Indians,
and enjoyed gardening. He also loved nostalgia and collecting
old toys.
Richie was in the first graduating class of the new Canton
McKinley High School of 1977. He worked for the city of Canton
before moving soon after to Arizona where he was a manager at
Fry's Grocery for many years.
He is survived by sisters, Debbie Alexander and Janet Alexander,
both of Scottsdale, Ariz.; twin sister, Susan and husband,
Craig Prysock of Canton; nephew, Nicholas Barbaria; and niece,
Natalie Ault; uncle, Bill Alexander; aunt, Betty Antenuci; and numerous
cousins.
Burial and memorial service will be held Saturday, Oct. 14,
2017 at 11 a.m. at Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations
can be made in Richie's name to the Akron-Canton Regional
Food Bank or the Stark County Humane Society. Rest in peace,
sweet Richie. We will miss you.
