Sara B. Smith
Passed away peacefully on Feb. 24 following a courageous battle with cancer, with her loving family by her side. She worked for many years as the Director at Minerva Senior Center and also at the Ohio Department of Aging. Sara was a country music songwriter who enjoyed dancing, gardening, ice cream and spending time with her family and friends. Surviving are her son, Howard J. Smith of Louisville; granddaughter, Vicki (Steve) Williams of Wooster; and her great-grandchildren, Christopher Sauber of North Canton, Krystina Sauber of Magnolia and Colton Martin of Wooster. Preceding her in death were her parents, a sister, Lucy; and two brothers, Jake and Bill.
