Margaret A. Bruey
age 91, died Saturday after a short illness. She was a life resident of Canton and was known as 'Princess Margaret' on CB radio channel 20. She was a member of the Grace Fellowship Church and the Pike Grange. She had volunteered for the American Red Cross and the former Nist Geriatric Center.
Preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, James J. Bruey, daughter, Cathi Kerkmann, son, James D. Bruey, three grandchildren, parents, George and Josephine Rowe, brother, George Rowe and son–in-law, Bill Grigsby. Survived by a daughter and two sons-in-law, Alyce and James Smith and Mike Kerkmann of Canton; son and daughter-in-law, Ted and Melinda Bruey of Goldsboro, N.C.; step-son and daughter-in-law, James R. and Janet Brunner of Massillon, and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the staffs at the Aultman Compassionate Care Center and Bethany Nursing Home for their compassionate care. Services will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. in the Grace Fellowship Church with Rev. Keith Stephens officiating. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery. Friends may call Monday from 6-8 p.m. at the Lamiell Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Grace Fellowship Church. Condolences may be made to:
