Earl W. Goodman
age 86, from the town of Rome (Nekoosa, Wis.), formerly of Brown Deer, Wis., entered eternal life on March 20, 2013. Earl was born Oct. 22, 1926 in Navarre, Ohio.  Beloved husband of Mary Ann (Kreuter) for 55 years.  Proud father to William (Lisa) of Bloomington, Minn., Mark of Brown Deer and Barbara (Toby) Wiggins of Anchorage, Alaska. Loving grandfather of Beth, Kaela and Rebecca Goodman. Dear brother of Dorothy Bigler and Dean (Shirley) Goodman both of Navarre, Ohio.  Earl is further survived by many nieces and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Laura (Studer) Goodman.
Earl co-founded Northwest Coatings in Oak Creek, Wis.  After moving to Lake Arrowhead, he enjoyed golfing, reading, birdwatching, and playing sheepshead in his free time.  He served in the US Army Air Corps during World War II.
Visitation will be held at Woodland Lutheran Church, 280 14th Ave., town of Rome (Nekoosa, WI 54457), from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. Saturday, April 6 with a memorial service following at 11 a.m.  Rev. Stan Kwiecien will officiate. Feldner/Ritchay Funeral Home of Nekoosa, Wis. is assisting the family.  Memorials appreciated to Woodland Lutheran Church.
