Francis Zwick Obituary
age 79, of Louisville, passed away Friday, Jan. 10, 2014 with his loving family at his side. He was born in Louisville, Ohio on Sept. 14, 1934 to the late Francis J. and Clara (Sharpneck) Zwick. Francis was a retired master finish carpenter and was employed thru Carpenter's Local #285 of Akron. He was an army veteran, a member of St. Louis Catholic Church in Louisville and the Mapleton Gun Club.
Francis is survived by his wife of 55 years, Joan (Hester) Zwick; two daughters, Terrie (Steve) Ipson of Malvern and Lori (Guy) Guidone of Louisville; his six grandchildren, Dr. Nicole Rich and her fiancé Dan Johnson, Andrew Rich, Amanda (Mike) Zabrecky, Kayla (Tommy) Briggs, Franco Guidone and Katie Rich; a great-grandson, Dominik Zabrecky.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. Friday in St. Louis Catholic Church with Rev. Fr. Larry Frient officiating. Family will receive friends from 9:30 till 10:30 a.m. Friday at Stier-Israel Funeral Home in Louisville. Burial will be in St. Louis Parrish Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Aultman Compassionate Care Unit, 2821 Woodlawn Ave. N.W., Canton, OH 44708.
