Janet Hunter Driggs, born May 22, 1918, of Southlake, Texas, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 31, 2018.
A memorial service will be held on April 28, 2018, at Lonesome Dove Baptist Church in Southlake, Texas, at noon.
Janet attended Baylor University. She was a stewardess with American Airlines from 1942 to 1949, and before that, she was a stewardess on the Zephyr Streamlined train.
Janet resided in Evergreen for nearly 50 years, where she owned her own company, Janet Driggs Realtor.
Janet is survived by her older sister, Helen Mae Perovich; son John Hamilton Driggs IV and daughter-in-law Deborah Jurewicz Driggs; grandsons Benjamin Andrew Rush Driggs, Jacob John Thomas Driggs, Aaron Paul Josef Driggs and David Mark Christian Driggs; and great-granddaughter, Savannah Driggs.
"Bean Bag" as she was affectionately known in her later years was, and is, very much loved.
