LaQuetta M. Riefenberg was a graduate of North High School in Denver. She was a resident of the Kerr Gulch area near Evergreen for 50 years.
She loved Jesus, people (especially children), the outdoors, skiing, (a member of the Loveland Ski Patrol), hiking and gardening.
She is survived by Dave, her husband of 62 years; sons Carl, David (Carlin), Paul (Kerry), Joey (Dana), and Jonny; and grandchildren Michelle, Melissa, Colt, Cody, Kaitlyn, Cheyenne, Rachel and Elijah. She joins daughter Jill and grandson Kade in heaven.
A committal service will be at 10:15 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 14, 2013, at Fort Logan National Cemetery, Staging Area C.
A celebration of life will follow at 12:30 p.m. at Kittredge Community Church, 26349 Highway 74 in Kittredge.
