Megin Chandler, 47, of Brighton passed gently on Nov. 26. She grew up attending Conifer and Evergreen schools. Her career as an EMT and 911 dispatcher spanned many years.
Her sparkle, wit, beautiful smile and quirky humor will be deeply missed by her husband, Battalion Chief Hunter Hackbarth of the Aurora Fire Department; his children, Austin, Logan and Syenna; her parents Mike and Robin (Chandler) Farkash of Montrose; brothers Brandon Young, Zachary Farkash and Richard Toler; and grandmother Loni Chandler.
Her final act of giving was the gift of life as an organ and tissue donor, leaving this life as a true hero.
