Bobbi Christensen, a longtime resident of Evergreen, passed away at age 70 on May 20, 2013, at St. Joseph Hospital.

She was born Roberta Pauline Hurley to Dorothy Lucille (Hurley) Jarosack and Paul Eugene Hurley Sr. in LaPorte, Ind., on Oct. 30, 1942.
Bobbi is preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Lora Gene Hurley. Bobbi is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Jim; her three daughters, Pamela Christensen, Theresa (Jerry) Goergen and Deborah (Brian) Williams; and her seven grandchildren, Joshua (and wife Ashlee), Dawn and Danielle Wieber, Wyatt and Renee Goergen, and Christian and Avery Williams.
She is also survived by her great-grandson, Cooper Wieber; her brother, Paul Eugene Hurley Jr.; her sister, Caroline Jeanette McGregor; and her three beloved cats, Pia, Taz and Little One.
Bobbi and Jim planted family roots in Evergreen more than 30 years ago. Evergreen has since been home for the following three generations.
Bobbi's life was filled with many joyous adventures and hobbies. She spent her time traveling the world, and going to the theater, concerts, Rockies games and book club. She dedicated her life to spending time with her loved ones.
A memorial service and reception will be held on Monday, June 3, at 3 p.m. at Bethany Lutheran Church, 4500 E. Hampden Ave,. Cherry Hills Village.
