Terry Stephen, DVM, at the age of 66 passed March 27, 2018, after a battle with stomach cancer.
He was born in York, Neb., to John and Kay Stephen, who have since passed.
He left behind a brother Bob and family, wife Marsha, and two children, Connor and Kiana, who were the light of his life.
After attending the University of Colorado for his bachelor's degree and Colorado State University Veterinary School, he joined Evergreen Veterinary Service in 1983. In 2007 he opened Evergreen Animal Hospital.
His passion and gift was his veterinary work, so in his honor, we are having a dog walk this Sunday, April 8, at noon, starting at his hospital. Everyone is welcome.
In lieu of flowers, please donate to the CSU Veterinary School or Evergreen Animal Hospital's Angel Fund, which helps stop pets' suffering at the end of their lives.
