Constance Louise Lisowe died Sept. 22, 2012, in Jacksonville, Fla., following a brief illness.
Connie was born Dec. 21, 1946, in Janesville, Wis., the daughter of Robert and Elizabeth Chrimes. She attended the University of Wisconsin at Whitewater and became an elementary school teacher. In 1971 she married Gary Lester Lisowe. In 1979 the couple moved to Jacksonville, Fla., where Connie became a kindergarten teacher in the Duval County school system, a position from which she recently retired.
A frequent visitor to Evergreen, Connie was a member of Mountain Foothills Rotary and had friends throughout the community.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and her brother Steve. She is survived by her son Chad Lisowe of Denver; sister and brother-in-law Kay and David Brewick of Evergreen; and three nephews, Robert Brewick of Evergreen, Nathaniel Brewick of Basalt, and Greg Chrimes of Loveland.
