Henry Rehn

Henry "Bubby" Louis Rehn, 92, died November 6 after a short illness. Born October 29, 1921 in Annapolis, Henry attended Annapolis High School. He served as a Sgt. In the U.S. Army 35th infantry Division and received the Purple Heart with cluster, the Bronze Star, three Battle Stars, the Good Conduct Medal, the European Theater of Operations Medal, the Combat Infantry Badge, and the Army Occupational Medal. He was employed as an electrician at the U.S. Naval Academy. Henry was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church, the Elks, the Disabled American Veterans, the Purple Heart Club, the VFW American Legion, and the Moose. Henry is survived by his wife Charlotte Grau-Rehn, whom he married June 15, 2001; two sons, Kirk L. Rehn of Holly Hill, FL and Ronald L. Rehn of Easton; one grandchild; and two great-grandchildren. A Graveside Service will be held 11:30 a.m., Thursday, November 14 at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery, 1122 Sunrise Beach Road, Crownsville. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to AAMC.
