William All, 76, of Lewes, Del., for merly of Severna Park, died February 4 at home.
Born in Oklahoma, his family moved to Idaho when he was seven. He served in the U.S. Army from 1956 to 1959. While in the Army he met his wife of 52 years, Patricia Mae All (nee Gordy).
Bill was a firefighter and an EMT with the Baltimore City Fire Department, before his retirement he also was a small business owner. He and Patricia moved to Lewes in 2003. Bill was a devoted husband, father, and PopPop. He enjoyed playing cards with his friends and family. He also loved to travel. Bill loved his country and would talk politics with anyone who would listen.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Stella and Roy All.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Kathleen Ann Newberry of Ellicott City; son, Jeffrey William All of Gambrills; son-in-law, Steven John Newberry; daughter-in-law, Suzanne All; two sisters, Norma Jean All of La Mirada, Cal., Hilda Lee Wright of Boise, Idaho; three grandchildren, Ryan Andrew Newberry, Lindsay Brooke Newberry and Jessica Elizabeth; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will be receiving visitors from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, February 8 at Barranco & Sons, P.A., 495 Ritchie Highway, Severna Park.
