William Harold Cox, "Billy", 53, of Annapolis and previously of Arlington, Va., died December 4 at his residence.
He was born Dec. 15, 1956, in Ft. Belvoir, Va., to the late Harold D. and Doris Oberlander Cox.
He is survived by his former spouse, Diane Kuchuk; son, Matthew Cox of Arnold; three siblings, Michael Cox of Alexandria, Va., Debra Astfalk of Sterling, Va. and Cheri Neri of Fairfax, Va.
A Memorial Remembrance service will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, December 8 at the John M. Taylor Funeral Home, Inc., 147 Duke of Gloucester St., Annapolis. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Chesapeake Bay Foundation, Phillip Merrill Environmental Education Center, 6 Herndon Avenue, Annapolis, MD 21403 or the Lighthouse Shelter of Annapolis, 10 Hudson St., Box 6149, Annapolis, MD 21401.
