FERRI, ROSALIE PHYLLIS, age 90, of Annapolis, Maryland, passed away in her home on April 7, 2014 of natural causes. Rosalie was born on October 25, 1923 in Cranston, Rhode Island to Jenny and Paulo Ciano. She attended Curry College in Boston, MA. Rosalie was married to Nicholas L. Ferri in 1946 for 46 years until his passing in 1992. Rosalie lived for her family and the Roman Catholic faith. She moved to the Annapolis area in 1946 and has been an active member of society for the past 68 years. She was one of the top real estate agents in Annapolis for several decades and a dedicated and valuable member of Saint Mary's parish. Her love for her family and the church is what made her stand out from the rest. Rosalie enjoyed traveling abroad in Europe, spending time with her family, singing at church, showing her immense love for God, and a nice glass of wine sitting downtown Annapolis. Rosalie is survived by her four children: Jeny-Lynn Helm, Nicholas P. Ferri, Gerard J. Ferri, and Gregory J. Ferri, her 10 grandchildren, and her 15 great-grandchildren. The funeral service will be held at St. John Neumann Church on Monday April 14 at 10:30am. There will be a private burial ceremony for family members following the service. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made out to St. Mary's Parish. Online condolences may be made at www.johnmtaylorfuneralhome.com.
