Keen Andrews, Alexandria  
Alexandria Nickole Keen Andrews, 19, of Linthicum Heights, MD, died unexpectedly on Saturday, May 23, 2015 at her residence. Born July 17, 1995 in Carroll County, she was the daughter of Robert Andrews and wife Tracey Freeman Andrews of Linthicum Heights, MD and Holly Bilger of Indiana. She worked as a nurse's aide and also worked at a dog kennel. She enjoyed fishing, sea shells, the beach and had a soft heart for individuals with special needs. In addition to her parents, she is survived by siblings Logan and Kyle Andrews and Michael, Maleah, Joshua, Jeremy and Johnathan, grandparents Kay Jones of Westminster, Ed Bilger of Parkton and Carol Ann and Bruce Kelley of Parkton, and a great-grandmother Jean Smith of Petersburg, WV. The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 28, 2015, from 1 to 4 p.m.; where a Celebration of Life Service will be held at 4 p.m. at LifePoint Church, 1701 Emory Rd., Reisterstown, MD 21136, with Pastor Ron Snyder officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to Autism Society of America, 4340 East West Hwy Suite 350, Bethesda, MD 20814. Arrangements by Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services in Westminster.

King, Clarence Lee  
Clarence Lee King, 80, of Westminster, died Wednesday afternoon, May 20, 2015 at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore. Born March 20, 1935 in Roanoke, VA, he was the son of the late Robert Lee and Thelma Pearl King. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Betty Ruth Hackney King. Clarence was a carpenter, and devout Christian all his life. He published "Poets for Christ" at New Life Church. Surviving in addition to his wife is a sister, Elsie M. Surface of Salem, VA and a brother, Larry W. King of Ormond Beach, FL; daughter-in-law, Tracy King of Hanover, PA; and 2 grandsons, Austin W. King and Joshua L. King. He was predeceased by a son, Stephen Star King in January of 2015, and by a brother, Aven King. A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at the Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home, 91 Willis St., Westminster with the Rev. David S. Schafer officiating. Burial will follow at Crest Lawn Memorial Gardens, 2150 Mount View Road, Marriottsville. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 6-8 p.m. and from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home on Tuesday. King, Joy Lynn  
Joy Lynn King, 58 years old of Westminster, died Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at her home. Born May 27, 1956 in Baltimore, she was the beloved daughter of Frederick Craig and Mary Ellen Cowman Craig. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her son Justin King, her brother, Kevin Craig and her longtime companion, Frank J. Hoen III "Sam" Friends may call on Thursday from 3-5 and 7-9 PM at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, P.A. 11605 Reisterstown Rd. Owings Mills, where services will be held on Friday at 11:00 AM. Rev. Dick Harden officiating. Interment Private.

Kocher, Robert Joseph  
Robert Joseph Kocher, 75, of Leesburg, FL passed away Wednesday, May 27, 2015. Born in Baltimore, Maryland to Sylvester and Nancy Kocher. He was an Engineer prior to his retirement working for Sinai Hospital and was a U.S.M.C. Veteran serving in Korea. He is survived by his Wife of 50 years, Shirley A. Kocher; Son, Kenneth D. Kocher of Westminster, MD; Daughters, Deborah L. Crouse of Franklin, WV, Kimberly A. Alder of Mc Sherrystown, PA, and Sheri D. Dugan of Mc Sherrystown, PA; Brother, Wayne Kocher of Ellicott City, MD; Sisters, Nancy Rosenbloom of Las Vegas, NV and Susan Sanborn of Leesburg, FL; 8 Grandchildren and 7 Great-Grandchildren. Memorial donations may be made to Cornerstone Hospice House, 2445 Lane Park Road, Tavares, FL 32778 ( www.cshospice.org ) to be used for nature sound machines for the patient rooms.
