Beulah G. Pickett



Beulah Gertrude Pickett, 96, formerly of Finksburg, died Sunday, April 7, 2013, at Homewood at Plum Creek in Hanover, Pa.

Born April 11, 1916, in Patapsco, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Anna Ryan Weaver. She was the wife of the late George W. Pickett.

She had been a homemaker and was a collector of antiques and political memorabilia. She was a lifetime member of the Republican party, and a member of Wesley United Methodist Church.

Surviving are a brother, Harry Weaver, of Finksburg ; nephew C. Richard Weaver and wife Lila; niece Peggy Horner and husband Wayne; great-nephews Chris Weaver and wife Megan, Greg Horner, Aaron Horner and wife Lauren, and Chip Weaver; and great-niece Lindsay Baumiller and husband Dan Baumiller.

She was predeceased by a brother, Joe Weaver.

The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until the time of service, 11 a.m. Friday at Eline Funeral Home, 934 S. Main St., Hampstead, with the Rev. Curtis Ehrgott officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
