Elizabeth Mae Deba, 83, of Owings Mills, died Thursday, Nov. 8, 2012, at the Seasons Hospice in Randallstown.
Born May 18, 1929, in Scranton, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Stanley and Mary Kudrich Stanavitch. She was the wife of the late Paul Frank Deba, who died Oct. 3.
She worked for the Social Security Administration from approximately 1948 to 1958. She worked part time at Macy's Department Store in Owings Mills Mall as a gift wrapper.
She was an avid bingo player at Pikesville fire department. She enjoyed being a homemaker, taking care of family, having yard sales, cooking for the holidays and holiday decorating, especially during Christmas. She also was involved in trying to help establish an Elvis Presley Day.
Surviving are children Gail and husband Bill Pfannenstiel, of Owings Mills; Gary Deba, of Owings Mills; Gerry T. Deba, of Reisterstown; and brothers Robert and Gene Stanavitch, both of Scranton; and grandchildren Matthew and Steven Deba.
The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, 11605 Reisterstown Road, Owings Mills.
A service will be held at 9:45 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Interment will be held in Garrison Forest Cemetery
