Kathleen Ann Lee, 54, of Taneytown, died Friday, Oct. 5, 2012, at Carroll Hospice Dove House in Westminster.
Born Feb. 1, 1958, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of Esther Zentz Hansen, of Taneytown, and the late William "Bill" Glacken. She was the wife of Arthur Lee, who died in 2011.
She was a school bus driver for ARC of Carroll County. She enjoyed spending time at the beach, gardening, collecting antiques and decorating for various holidays. She also enjoyed crafts and was an avid reader.
Surviving, in addition to her mother, are sons Nicholas Glacken and wife Melody, of Taneytown, Jimmy Small Jr. and wife Ravin, of Taneytown, and Justin Small and fiancee Carri Purcell, of Littlestown, Pa.; sister Linda Lovering and husband Oscar, of Florida; stepfather Jesse Hansen, of Taneytown; sister-in-law and brother-in-law Susan and Ken Carter, of Hampstead; and eight grandchildren.
A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Messiah United Methodist Church, 25 Middle St., Taneytown, with the Rev. Brenda Shields officiating.
