Dolores C. Estep, 81, of Dagsboro, Del., formerly of Randallstown, died Friday, March 28, 2014, at Coastal Hospice in Salisbury.
Born Dec. 18, 1932, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Frederick A. Mandley and Sophia C. Doerflein. She is survived by husband, John F. Estep.
She was instrumental in influencing the lives of many troubled youths by helping them enter the Teen Challenge program. She was a hospice nurse at Church Home Hospital in Baltimore. She enjoyed cooking, gardening and being a homemaker, but her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren.
Surviving, in addition to her husband, are sons and daughters-in-law Richard I., Jr. and LuAnn Robinson, of Manchester, Michael J. and Pamela Robinson, of Baltimore, Shawn F. and Kathy Robinson, of Westminster, and Kevin S. Robinson, of Millsboro, Del.; daughter Maria A. Hitchens, of Seaford, Del; brother Frederick N. Mandley, of Baltimore; grandchildren Joshua, Matt, Luke, Tawny, Cody, Chelsea, Tara, and Kelsey Robinson, Heidi, Heather and Hannah Hitchens; and great-granddaughter Lilly Hitchens.
She was predeceased by sister Audrey McDougall.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Fletcher Funeral and Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Lakeview Memorial Park.
