Lois Ensor Obituary

Lois Jane Ensor, 80, of Westminster, died Thursday, Feb. 3, 2011, at Long View Nursing Home. Born July 23, 1930, in Coatesville, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Marshall and Hazel Young Patterson. She was the wife of the late George Albert Ensor Sr. Surviving are a son, George A. Ensor Jr., of Virginia Beach, Va.; daughters Venetta L. Conley, of Westminster, Jackie A. Cotton, of Stewartstown, Pa., and Beverly A. Schroder, of Baltimore; grandchildren Jeffrey Ensor, Jennifer Ensor, Sharon Gabriel, Doris Principio, Melissa Petropoulos, Dustin Cotton and Karah Cotton; and 13 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a brother, Ronald Patterson. The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Eline Funeral Home, 934 S. Main St., Hampstead. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery in Owings Mills. Memorial contributions may be sent to Mount Washington Pediatric Hospital, 1708 W. Rogers Ave., Baltimore, MD 21209. Online condolences may be offered at www.elinefh.com.
