Clarence Alvin Barkley, 73, of Millsboro, Del., formerly of Randallstown, died Sunday, April 13, 2014, at Carroll Hospital Center.
Born Aug. 27, 1940, in Roanoke, Va., he was the son of Juanita Perverall Leonard and the late Bruce A. Barkley.
He was a computer analyst for the Social Security Administration for 35 years. He enjoyed painting and spending time with family and his dog, Zuma.
Surviving, in addition to his mother, are former spouse Marsha Long, of Taneytown; son Kenneth and wife Lotes Barkley, of Wasilla, Alaska; daughter Shari Barkley-Green and husband Rick Green, of Westminster; a sister, Linda Kachinski; brothers Andy and Paul Barkley, and Ronnie Leonard; grandchildren Shannon Green-Bray, Joseph Barkley, Heather Green and Melissa Barkley-Larsen; and a great-granddaughter, Grace Bray.
He was predeceased by partner Don Cameron; a sister, Edna Callin; and brothers Dennis Barkley, David and Michael Leonard.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, 1212 W. Old Liberty Road, Winfield.
A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
