Beverely Edens Belschner, 85, of Westminster, formerly of Baltimore, died early Monday, May 5, 2014, at Carroll Lutheran Village Healthcare Center.
Born June 8, 1928, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Joseph P. and Anna Pletzer Edens.
She was a graduate of Forest Park High School and worked as a key punch operator for Rouse Company.
She volunteered with counseling services for the Billy Graham Crusade and was a member of Sweet Adeline's women's singing group of Catonsville.
She enjoyed knitting, crocheting and gardening.
Surviving are sons and daughters-in-law Paul J. Belschner III and Brenda, of Freeland, and Joseph P. Belschner Sr. and Catherine, of Finksburg; grandchildren Stephen Belschner and wife Lauren, Amy Rhodes and husband Thomas, Joseph P. Belschner Jr. and wife Jessica, Michael Belschner, Dena Volovar and huband Kirk, and Paul J. Belschner IV; and great-grandchildren Tessa, Gabriel, Bradyn, Evelyn, Corinne and Mason.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Pritts Funeral Home & Chapel, 412 Washington Road, Westminster.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Art Monroe Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in Lorraine Park Cemetery.
