Edgar Emerson Pickett 87 of Lisbon. Died Wednesday, July 16, 2014 at Home He was the spouse of Lelia A. (Frey) Pickett He was born June 2, 1927 in Frederick, MD The son of the late Edgar Earl Pickett and late Mary J. (Stem) Pickett He was retired from Howard County Public Schools. Was an active member at Lisbon Volunteer Fire Department, a Veteran of The US Army. Former caretaker and Vice President of Pleasant Ridge Cemetery. Surviving in addition to his wife are Son and daughter-in-law Christopher E. and Ann Pickett of Joppa, MD, Grandchildren Christopher, Kenneth and Alyssa Pickett, Great-Granddaughter Kimberly Pickett. Funeral Services will be held Monday, July 21, 2014 10 AM at Winfield Bible Chapel, 5407 Woodbine Rd. Woodbine, MD 21797. Interment in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday July 20, 2014 2 to 5 PM at BURRIER-QUEEN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, P.A., 1212 W. Old Liberty Rd.
