Charles Earl Brock of Liberty died Saturday, Nov. 16, 2013 at his residence. He was 63. Born in Martinsville, Ind. on Nov. 25, 1949, he was the son of the late Clarence William and Jeanette Miller Brock. He was a roofer. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam era, earning the National Defense Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal, Expert Rifle, Sharpshooter and Army Service Ribbon. Survivors include two sons, Adam (and Kimberly) Brock of Liberty and Steven Brock of LaGrange; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a sister, Vicki Bonoit of Pineville, La.; and a brother, William M. Brock of Colorado. Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 21 at the House of Prayer with Rev. William Palmer and Rev. Wayne Naylor officiating. Visitation will be at 12 noon Thursday, Nov. 21 at House of Prayer. Bartle Funeral Home Liberty is in charge of arrangements.
