Douglas Coy Wolford passed away Tuesday, March 22, 2016 in Clementsville. He was 70.
Born Jan. 1, 1946 in Casey County, he was the son of the late Coy and Hilda Keith Wolford.
He was the co-owner of Wolford & Wethington for more 40 years. Doug was a member of the St. Bernard Catholic Church and president of Clementsville Motor Sports since 1994.
Survivors include his beloved wife, Sandy Wethington Wolford, whom he married Oct. 23, 1965; a son, Keith Wolford of Liberty; two daughters, Terri (and Tim) Hatter of Liberty and Melinda Becker of Louisville; four grandchildren; and three sisters, Priscilla Ann (and Gerry) Pugh of Cincinnati, Ohio, Margaret (and Leslie) Stewart of Milan, Ind., and Mona Angeline (and Harris) Marples of Powell, Ohio.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Dale and Danny Wolford.
Funeral services were March 26 at St. Bernard Catholic Church with Father Edmond Ani officiating. Burial was in St. Bernard Cemetery.
