Howard Clements


Howard Phillip Clements of Williamstown died Saturday, Oct. 25, 2014 in Astor, Fla. He was 66. He was the son of the late Kenneth and Essie Allen Clements and the step-son of Elmer Davis. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War and received a Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, Sharpshooter Badge (Rifle) and National Defense Service Medal. Survivors include his wife, Sandy; a daughter, Sheila Marksberry-Abyazar; a son, Timothy Clements; a grandson; and a brother. Funeral service was held Nov. 1 at Alliance Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Florence. A private family interment was at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North in Williamstown with Northern Kentucky Honor Guard providing military honors.
