Inas Thompson Clements of Liberty passed away Saturday, Aug. 2, 2014. She was 84. Born April 13, 1930 in Casey County, she was the daughter of the late Clay and Louetta Morgan Thompson. She was a homemaker and member of the Gum Lick Christian Church. In addition to her parents, Inas was preceded in death by her husband, Garnett Clements, who died Feb. 13, 2006; three brothers, Otis, Clayton, and Homer Thompson; and three sisters, Irene Witt, Christine Sharp, and Evelyn Delk. Survivors include two daughters, Linda (and Robin) Wethington of Liberty and Janet (and Larry) Studer of Cincinnati, Ohio; three grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; three brothers, Bill Thompson of Middleburg, Lillard Thompson of Richmond, and Clifford Thompson of West Chester, Ohio; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services were Aug. 5 at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home with Bro. Jim Brown officiating. Burial was in Glenwood Cemetery. Pallbearers were Chris Perin, Trever Rose, Cody Perin, Johnny Napier, Troy Salyers and Bobby Perin.
