Travis Phillips, 43, of Frankfort, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Monday, Nov. 14, 2016, at his home.

Born Nov. 7, 1973, in Taylor County, he was the son of the late Harry and Novella Murphy Phillips. He did electrical work. Travis was a loyal brother and friend.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a sister, Cynthia Phillips.

Survivors include a daughter, Adrienne Sexton of Frankfort; four brothers, Jonathan (Sherry) Phillips of Frankfort, Mark (Sharon) Phillips of Lexington, Tracy (Gail) Phillips of Frankfort, and Jeff (April) Phillips of Frankfort; and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.

The funeral is at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 18, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home in Liberty with Brother Dwight Coffman officiating. Burial follows in Caney Fork Cemetery.

Visitation begins at 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Honorary pallbearers are Jonathan, Mark, Tracy and Jeff Phillips, Bryan Phillips, Kyle Phillips, Kevin Karnes, Mike Jenkins and Lance Murphy.
