David is survived by his loving wife, Gail Lowe; son, David Lowe Jr. and wife, Tara; daughter, Valerie O'Malley and husband, David; grandsons: Harrison Lowe, Asher Lowe, Wyatt O'Malley; mother-in-law, Virginia Webb; sisters: Nancy White and husband, Edwin; Barbara Hill and husband, Kenny; and brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Joan Robinson and husband, Carl; Charlotte Cain and husband, Bob; Denise Webb; Diane Howe and husband, Greg; and John Webb Jr. and wife, Christine. He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Alta Lowe; and father-in-law, John Webb Sr.
A visitation will be held Thursday, May 10, from 11 a.m.-12 Noon at Strano & Feeley Family Funeral Home, 635 Churchmans Rd., Newark, DE 19702, followed by a service in Celebration of David's Life at 12 Noon. I had the pleasure of knowing Dave through work at the plant. He was a great guy. He spoke often of his family.
