Frances Rishell Obituary

Frances I. Rishell December 13, 1923 - January 14, 2011 Frances I. Rishell, 87, formerly of Millheim, entered into eternal rest Friday, January 14, 2011, at Lehigh Acres, Fla. She was born Dec. 13, 1923, in Centre County. After her retirement from Penn State as Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor, with 25-plus years of service, Frances relocated to Fort Myers, Fla. She is survived by her son, James Winkelblech and his wife, Carol, of Aaronsburg; two grandsons, Paul Winkelblech and his wife, Krista, of Centre Hall and Kevin Winkelblech and his wife, Cindy, of Spring Mills; five great grandchildren; and one sister, Helen Stamm, of Lehigh Acres, Fla. A private memorial service will be held later this year.
