Wanda J. Emel August 15, 1950 September 15, 2014 Wanda J. Emel, 64, of Bellefonte, passed away at home on Monday, September 15, 2014. A daughter of Dewey J. Corage, who survives, and the late Doris (Conway) Corage, she was born on August 15, 1950, in Lock Haven. She married Kenneth Emel, who survives at home. She attended school in Lock Haven and was a homemaker. In addition to her husband, Wanda is survived by one daughter, Kay Emel, who survives at home; two sisters, Beverly Shirey, of Linden, Belinda Rouse, of Lock Haven; and one brother, Dewey Corage, of Linden. Also surviving are two grandchildren, Kenneth and Courtney Baird. Along with her mother, Wanda was preceded in death by two children, Kathy Jo and Kenneth James Emel; and a sister, Carol Young. A public graveside service will be held on Friday, September 19, 2014, at 11:00 a.m., at Advent Cemetery, Boggs Township, with Dr. Rev. Alamon Baird officiating.
